Patients can easily upload their photo from the portal with just a few clicks! Just follow the steps below:

• After logging into the patient portal, click on the MY PROFILE tab as shown below.
• Then, click upload photo to browse photos stored on your computer to add to your patient photo.
• After you select your photo, click UPLOAD PHOTO and VOILA! All done.
